One of Renae’s greatest strengths is her ability to help patients feel comfortable with the uncomfortable. Whether someone is nervous about a procedure or simply unfamiliar with what to expect, she makes it her mission to put them at ease. When new patients walk through the door, Renae is quick to welcome them warmly and express genuine gratitude that they chose this practice for their care.
Outside of the office, Renae loves spending time with her family and their dog, and she enjoys everything the outdoors has to offer. That same warmth and energy she brings to her personal life is exactly what patients experience when they meet her.
From the moment you walk through the door or call to schedule an appointment, Pala is dedicated to making the experience as seamless and welcoming as possible. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail help create a comfortable environment where patients feel valued and at ease.

Lisa and her husband have three kids together, Alex, Sydney, and Madison, who they are incredibly proud of. When they can, they enjoy spending time at the lake and going to their cottage!

She understands that prevention is key and that it’s much easier to prevent than it is to treat oral health problems. What she enjoys most about working at our practice is that everyone is here to help our patients, and we all work hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and understands their treatment.
In her free time, Sylvia enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her older sister and parents, who all live in the Green Bay area and all still come to see Dr. Mark. She also loves hanging out with her dog, Maverick, and her boyfriend. Some of her interests include gardening, house projects (house remodel), reading, and kayaking.
Morgan always strives to make every appointment welcoming and patient-centered. She wants all her patients to feel comfortable and to build strong rapport with them. One of the things she enjoys most about working at Bay Park Smiles is that every staff member and provider truly cares for their patients. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming.
