Dr. Mark Brodhagen
Dr. Mark has served his patients and his community for nearly 50 years so far, bringing not only innovation but an undeniable level of kindness to the dental profession. As a trusted dentist in Green Bay at a leading dental clinic near me, he values the amazing relationships.

Why Did You Want to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Mark has known that he wanted to be a dentist ever since he got his first cavity filled at the age of eight. Since then, his passion for this field has only grown! He loves working for himself, being able to help patients so directly, and creating personalized treatment plans that fit each person’s wants and needs so well.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
After studying at the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point, Dr. Mark pursued his dental doctorate at Marquette University in Milwaukee. He has also undergone advanced training in a number of topics to further expand his skillset over the decades, including oral conscious sedation single/full mouth dental implant restoration, same-day porcelain crowns and veneers, TMJ/TMD treatment, Invisalign, and sleep dentistry. He proudly served for 19 years as a dental consultant for Wisconsin Employers insurance and was previously on the Board of Directors for American Medical Security. Today, he is a proud member of the American Dental Association and Wisconsin Dental Association.
What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Mark has two daughters, three grandchildren, and a dog named Butter. Some of his favorite hobbies in his spare time include cooking, bike/trike riding, golfing, clay shooting, duck/pheasant hunting, inland fishing for walleye, and simply helping other people! In particular, he really enjoys cutting his neighbors’ grass with his riding lawn mower.
Administration
Lindsey – Administration
Lindsey loves to be present in life and help people wherever possible. She has been in the customer service field for 7 years. She is a 26 year old momma to a 2 1/2-year-old boy named Brantley, who is her pride and joy.
They love to travel, be outdoors, and make memories with friends and family. When the summer comes, Lindsey enjoys motorcycle rides and boating. Going into the winter months, you can find Lindsey hunting or possibly in a snowball fight.
Jennifer – Administration
Jennifer is one of the people whose smiling face you’ll see when you enter our office. She has been working in the dental field for over 3 years and absolutely loves what she does.
Her favorite part about working at Bay Park Smiles is building relationships and getting to connect with so many people every day! Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending time with her family: She is a mother of four, and her youngest children are 7-year-old twins.

Lisa – Dental Hygienist
Lisa brings to our Bay Park Smiles team an impressive 30+ years of experience in dental hygiene! Since completing her studies at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, she has undergone a variety of continuing education classes to stay abreast of the latest techniques and technology.

When asked about her favorite part of her job, she shared that it is working with people.
Lisa and her husband have three kids together, Alex, Sydney, and Madison, who they are incredibly proud of. When they can, they enjoy spending time at the lake and going to their cottage!

Morgan – Dental Hygienist
Morgan is originally from Oconto Falls, Wisconsin. After graduating from Oconto Falls High School, she went on to earn her Dental Hygiene degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, where she was honored with the Golden Scaler Award for her class. Growing up, Morgan only had good experiences with dental care. She wanted to help give patients those same positive experiences and to be a big factor in why they love their smiles!
Morgan always strives to make every appointment welcoming and patient-centered. She wants all her patients to feel comfortable and to build strong rapport with them. One of the things she enjoys most about working at Bay Park Smiles is that every staff member and provider truly cares for their patients. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming.
Sylvia – Dental Hygienist
Sylvia was born and raised in Green Bay. After high school, she graduated from NWTC with her degree in Dental Hygiene. Dr. Brodhagen was her dentist growing up, and it was Sylvia’s great experiences with her visits that made her want to help others feel just as comfortable and calm as she always did. After working at a few different offices, she joined our Bay Park Smiles team in the fall of 2024 and brought with her eight years of hygiene knowledge and experience, along with a commitment to helping her teammates and a great ability to communicate with patients. She understands that prevention is key and that it’s much easier to prevent than it is to treat oral health problems. What she enjoys most about working at our practice is that everyone is here to help our patients, and we all work hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and understands their treatment.
In her free time, Sylvia enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her older sister and parents, who all live in the Green Bay area and all still come to see Dr. Mark. She also loves hanging out with her dog, Maverick, and her boyfriend. Some of her interests include gardening, house projects (house remodel), reading, and kayaking.

Rachel – Dental Assistant
Rachel was born and raised in De Pere, Wisconsin. After graduating high school, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science from Marquette University. What brought her to our office in summer of 2024 is her desire to go to dental school: she wanted to work in an office prior to starting that schooling.
